It is a high honor to be groomed by our Lord to be our best when He comes for us.  Grooming may not be pleasant because it means giving up bad habits that are fun but the rewards are priceless.  The more space we allow God to use in our lives the more room He has to shine through us.  Dr. Charles Stanley always tells us to obey God and leave all the consequences to Him.  He will always protect us.  We belong to Him and He will present us as His bride on that glorious day.

Revelation 19:7-8

Let us be glad and rejoice,
and let us give honor to Him.
For the time has come for the wedding feast of the Lamb,
and His bride has prepared herself.
She has been given the finest of pure white linen to wear.
For the fine linen represents the good deeds of God’s holy people.
