God created us with great detail and love.  He knew before the beginning of time the exact moment we would be born.  He knows our hearts and our days here on earth.  He knows the day He will bring us home.  Our successes and failures are no surprise to Him.  Therefore He welcomes us to come to Him anytime, any place and with any praise or concern.

He is worthy to be praised in all things because He knows the glorious outcomes.  He welcomes us to laugh with Him when we embarrass ourselves.  He welcomes us to cry with Him when things don’t work out.  He welcomes us to come to Him when we do not agree with someone and lose their friendship.  One of the most loving ways God demonstrates Himself to us is He is our Father.  No matter our age whether a newborn or over a hundred years old, His rocking chair is still available for us to come sit in His lap.  He makes all things ok just for the asking.  His way of bringing things about may not be what we imagine but He always comes through.  He even comforts while we wait.  He is our Father.

1 John 5:14-15

And we are confident that He hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases Him. And since we know He hears us when we make our requests, we also know that He will give us what we ask for.
